Delete an account

For 67Challenger on the web, iPhone, iPad and Android (package com.jjlolo.challenge67). Developer: CloudOneSoftware LLC.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

1. Open 67Challenger and sign in as the grown-up.
2. Go to the dashboard → Account tab → Delete family account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

To remove just one child, open Devices, classes and privacy under that child and choose Delete child’s data.

Or ask us

Email contact@cloudonesoftware.com from the address on the account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We confirm within 7 business days and finish within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• The parent sign-in (email, password hash, Apple or Google identifier) and parent PIN
• Every child profile and all of their progress, sessions, checks and reports
• Reminder settings, inbox messages, AI connection keys and registered phones

What may be kept

• Payment records that Stripe, Apple or Google must keep by law (held by them)
• Backups, which roll off within 30 days
