67Challenger

Terms of use

Effective October 17, 2026.

These terms are between you and CloudOneSoftware LLC (“we”) and cover 67challenger.com and the 67Challenger apps. If you use the iPhone or iPad app, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

1. Who can use 67Challenger

Accounts are created and managed by adults: a parent or legal guardian, or a school or program. Children use 67Challenger only through an account a grown-up controls.

2. Your account

Keep your password and parent PIN private. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at contact@cloudonesoftware.com if you think someone else has access.

3. Plans, trials and cancelling

4. What 67Challenger is (and isn’t)

67Challenger is practice that supports a child’s learning at home or school. It doesn’t diagnose learning differences, isn’t a medical or psychological service, and doesn’t replace a school’s plan, a teacher or a specialist. Reports describe practice in the app; they are not an assessment of grade-level proficiency.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other families’ information, overload or break the service, or copy the lessons for another product. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Our content

Lessons, artwork and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for learning while your account is active.

7. Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep 67Challenger accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from the grown-up dashboard or by asking us. We may end accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, except where your local law gives you the right to bring claims at home.
